This is paradise! The entire resort is amazing. The number of pools and cabanas and food/drink options are outstanding. Everywhere you turn there is another nook of something amazing, like a crepe station or swings at the beach level bar! And the staff are excellent and so welcoming and friendly. We were well taken care of!

I loved thr hotel and most of the staff is nice but there are a lot of concierge people around the hotel trying to sell you a hotel package I didn't like it when 2 guys got rude when I rejected them twice. That's the only reason why the hotel is mostly great but at the same time concierge team is rude

This was my third stay at Live Aqua, and it only reaffirmed why I keep returning to this resort. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing trip. The staff truly go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome; they are incredibly hardworking, warm, and attentive. The dining options were spectacular, each meal featured fresh ingredients.
