The Resort was nice, however during my stay I the elevator did no work and my room was on the 6th floor also the room keys would randomly deactivate and I’d have to go to the lobby to reactivate it.overall the resort was nice and clean along with decent food. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Issues with an operational toilet but they were resolved with room change. Water pressure is different but this is Mexico. Great drink options. Staff were accommodating.Buffet food was lovely; so many options. It is helpful to learn Spanish. Excellent time!!

The hotel and the staff met all my family expectations, the buffet was good and all restaurants were on point. The room and pool areas were clean, the staff was always cleaning and providing red carpet treatment to all of us. Definitely we are coming back, Highly recommended!! They have Activities for kids and adults, excursions for a price, currency exchange in the lobby area. The only thing: you have to pay a fee in Mexican pesos or card when you check in (they don’t accept usd dollars) so be ready in case you don’t want to use your card there. But like I said: highly recommended

I had a great time at this hotel with my mother! I definitely recommend it. The only thing I would have preferred was more free watersports but other than that everything was great. Nice staff, beautiful property, would definitely come back.

Our stay was great. Servers are sweet and friendly. Desk people not so much. Food was good and they only have evening events every other day. It is walking distance from the strip. Transportation is not included if you book through a third party but there is plenty of transportation available right outside. Ask for Fernando, if you need transportation- he’ll beat everyone else’s price - do negotiate. El Caracol pier is a few mins walk.

The host was rude to us. No room service. Rooms are horrible. Beach is tiny. At the pool they talk on a loud speaker non stop. No chance for serenity and yo enjoy the sounds of nature. After 10 all you have is pre made gas station level food to eat.
