Expedia doesn’t properly show accurate advertising. The beach in the pictures are for the hotel next door. It stated it was an adults only resort but that’s inaccurate. It doesn’t become adults only u til December. The furniture in the rooms were outdated. The spa facilities were very small. The food was actually very good. I’ve been to multiple RIU in the past and this one is probably the worst. The staff were very nice and attentive. Overall my dissatisfaction comes from the hotel itself, the pool area while very nice is actually a lot smaller than advertised. Just not what I expected. On a plus the rooms smelled nice and not like mildew or have that wet smell.
