We like the resort all inclusive and all the shows after dinner; we enjoy our stay and the beach was beautiful!! 😎🌴🌊 with the exception of the insecurity we have in Mexico 🇲🇽.unfortunately we where in the beach when the shooting happened and someone Die;now we are hesitating if we should go back 😥😢

Can go to any of the RIU properties in the area and still all inclusive. Staff was great, beds were very firm and uncomfortable, food was great when you got to the restaurants at open of hours, if closer to end it had been sitting too long. Lots of water bottles for fresh water in your room and in the 24 hour deli, good coffee at the coffee bar 24 hours, coffee maker in your room, beach is clean and staff is very attentive on the beach, pools, common areas, bars. There are three pools, a party pool with 2 bars, the big pool in the middle of the area, and a smaller one on the other side for relaxing. Entertainment staff is awesome, they always have something going on. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet enough for us to relax when we wanted. Tv was small and was not smart so no Netflix. Took our fire stick but could not get it to connect to the WiFi, watched our phones when relaxing. We spent 7 days and it was nice enough we would stay again.

The property looks and maintain very well. And the staff is very friendly and informative about above all. I would recommend everyone to stay because this is one of the best resort in Cancun.

Still a beautiful lady
There were a few nicks here and here that suggest that the property is ready for a face-lift, however, she is still a Beautyful lady, worth of another visit. Not one of those "me-too" properties.

The eye of hurricane Helena was only 15 miles from us when we were there. Although only a category 1 at the time, It really packed a punch. The staff was very professional throughout the storm as they have seen these before. Despite the 24 hour interruption in our vacation, we were still able to have a great time as the food, facilities, and staff were all excellent. Entertainment was very good too.

When we first arrived the friends we booked with were on the completely opposite wing of the hotel. Even though we booked the same room and paid the same price I was told that if we wanted to be near each other I had to pay additional $240.00 more. Also, we were not happy with the entertainment. We did enjoy all the restaurants except the buffet.

It was way better then other hotels with the higher rate. All staff spoke English which was easy to understand. Super clean ocean beach. It was a perfect honeymoon for us!
