The beach is the best draw to this property. The staff is wonderful, always looking to enhance your stay. The food and beverage could be much better if they wanted it to be, dont know what the issue is there. Must be a corporate matter. We had fun during our holiday as we arrived with the right mindset of enjoying our time in the sun on the beach that had no sargassum in sight.

It was an amazing experience, although we had a rough start when we got there one of the employees had said they were gonna transfer us to another hotel because they over booked. From going back and forth I was so annoyed. We got this hotel with time. It was really upsetting. Once we finally agreed to stay at the other hotel he saw we got a suite, and said "omg nvm you guys have a suite come come I'll get you your room right away" This seemed very unprofessional. I get that there is a price difference, but just because you think someone got a standard room I feel you shouldn't have to think less of them and move them to a possibly cheaper hotel. Overall once we finally got our room it was beautiful. The view was amazing. Food quality was great. Especially the party host were such a vibe. Beach was so beautiful. Although it is a very popular hotel it never felt like too many people. I definitely recommend even if we had a rough start. Many food options and drink options. I honestly would not recommend the pools they are way too hot. Beach, sand felt magical. Would definitely come back!

Overall it was a great experience. I love the staff and the games. Only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is the fact that the room temp never went below 22 Celsius even after I set it to 18. Some nights it felt really uncomfortable. Other than that, I love the energy of your staff and team.
