Place was nice staff was good. Only thing is that when we got there they over booked and had no room for us . They had to put us up in another hotel for the night. Then we had to be out of the other hotel and wait for a room the next day

Great all-inclusive resort. The staff really go out of the way in making the experience a great one. They are the best part of this place! A downside is the water pressure... Seems like water in toilet and showers are quite low. A big area for improvement.

We like rooms, no bathtub in the middle of the room. We do not appreciate the open concept in new hotels. Buffet is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so we did not have to go to a ristorante.

We celebrated my birthday week at Las Americas in November 2024. We were welcomed to our beautiful room with birthday balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The beach and pools were great and there were so many yummy dining options (the Italian restaurant was the best!) I can't wait to return.

Very Nice hotel, super staff. I would improve the room doors that make noise when closing. Dont really care during the day but can wake you at night when other guests are coming back in their rooms.
