The unit (kitchen, bath, bed room, living room) is excellent; clean and stocked with basic necessities. Right outside my unit were old railings and furniture which could be removed and area cleared of debris, but overall the property was great. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet, and a breath taking view, whether sunny or rainy.

Great getaway. Secluded, fantastic restaurant and staff. Super safe and laid back vibe. We stayed here for one night while waiting to take ferry to Virgin Gorda. While it’s only 9 miles, it takes 40 minutes. Highly recommend taxi vs renting car. Lots of twists. $30 per person. We used Kelly at Juicy’s taxi and he came back the next morning to take us back. Totally worth it!

Great views. Beautiful spot. Go up the hill to Stout's Lookout. Mr. Stout is the best. Only one recommendation - put AC in the entire unit, not just the bedroom.
