We had a wonderful mountain weekend. The room was super, and the hot tub even better. We were there before Christmas, and they even had a gift wrapped up for our 12 year old daughter. Staff were extra nice! Thank you for the great weekend.

Fantastic stay. The hotel itself is well maintained. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view from both the room, living space, and kitchen. Room and shower was clean. The knob in the shower was sort of loose and the pressure is alright. My boyfriend also had some struggles as he was too tall (6’4”) and the water would splash over the top. Otherwise, the place was great. The complimentary welcome gift was a nice surprise and the hot tub/pool was a bonus. About a 20 min walk to downtown Canmore, but many dining options and activities nearby & within walking distance.

We were treated very well during our stay, and when we requested an upgrade to a suite so my sister and I could be closer together and our kids could spend more quality time with each other, the front desk staff went above and beyond to arrange this for us. Almist everything was amazing about the property. My only complaint is that housekeeping was sub par after the first day. 5 people stayed 2 nights. They didnt: empty garbages, make up beds, wipe tables and counters, replenish soaps or coffee/coffee creamer. I expected better in that department to be honest. The pullout mattress under the couch was stained pretty bad, but covered it with extra sheets we had on hand. Yuck. We did get a pile of fresh towels left on the kitchen counter. The pool and hot tubs were great. Quiet place overall. I'd return but would make my expectations clear on check in next time.
