I went there for Christmas to Boxing Day. Service was okay. Wasn’t able to check in until 4:15 pm due to, in their words, “room is not ready” the fireplace was not lit and I was surprised because it was Christmas. Overall, it was average. Not too memorable.

Really cabin-like and cozy place. We had a wonderful time there and it was a perfect stay for the new year. The fireplace was not working, but other than that, it was a great atmosphere and really clean.

Its perfect in everything. Easy access and check in. Affordable price for a new yrs eve accommodation. Its just they dont have anything ringing in tye new yr but they have free snacks & wine for 2 hrs upon check in so its good.

The accommodations were not what I booked on Expedia. Expedia let me pick a king size bed with balcony and fireplace. However upon check in we got 2 queen beds on the ground floor. The beds are very comfortable so that made up for not having a king size. The building is older so you can hear the people above you on the second floor. The carpet in the room needs to be updated. Fireplace does not work that well. The leaves should be raked up outside. The hot apple cider was so good. It really hit the spot.

Lovely welcome…arrived just after 5 to be greeted by front desk staff with a smile and complimentary wine& cheese, muffins and hot chocolate with mini marshmallows. Room comfortable with fireplace to warm up to after an afternoon walk around Banff. Highly recommend!

Pros: It was clean and the staff was great and friendly. Loved the wine and cheese night every evening for guests. Also liked the unlimited tea and coffee at the lobby. Cons: there were too few amenities for the price we paid. No free breakfast, no pool, slow wifi. Rooms are old and need a facelift.
