Great place to stay in Canmore
Loved our stay in a clean spacious suite. Only slight difficulties were trying to find a parking space in the underground parking garage and our coffee pot didn’t seem to work properly.

Lively room & excellent amenities but extremely hard to find in the dark. Even with gps drive around for some time to find even the front door. Signage at the back of the building would help greatly, as that is where gps lead us. NO signs there at all!!

This was a beautiful place to stay!! It was clean and comfortable (even the pull out bed was comfortable!), and there was a restaurant off the lobby so we didn't have to leave the property to eat!!

The staff and service were excellent. The shower and tub were great too. The kids enjoyed the pool. But our room looks so old. To think that I paid $500/night in our room then we got the leather couch in our seating area has lots of scratches and faded in color already. The area rug looks dirty and old too. The paint in the cupboards was fading as well that makes the kitchen looks so old. Not presentable for taking kids/ family photos and videos. Although the kitchen tools and appliances were complete.

The mountain view king suite was nice enough, the bed was comfortable. The shower was dirty and not pleasant to use. The lighting isn’t the best, making it hard to do your makeup in dim poor lit mirrors. The hallways was musty, probably from the gross carpet that is in rough shape, loose and ratted. Searching for a spot to park in the underground parkade to make sure you get the correct spot for your reservation was a bit inconvenient as it was busy.

Very noisy/squeaky beds, you can’t move/turn without everyone in the room noticing. Leak in the bathroom from the vent on top of the toilet seat so it looked like dirty all the time. My daughter is allergic to cats and it seemed like they didn’t clean very well after the previous customers. Her allergy symptoms started when we enter the room. Super cool waterslide, pool area and hot tub.

Great self contained units, everything you need including washing machine and drier. Close to highways and town. The pool and spa a bonus.Terrible customer service at reception. Found two of the young ladies to be rude, abrupt and not pleasant to deal with when checking in. One was on her phone while I was asking a question. Not a very nice welcome.
