This was a great place to stay. My friend and I stayed here for our trip to Banff, which was 15 minutes away (perfect and convenient location). The staff was so polite and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite decent. The room was spacious and clean. There was a fireplace which was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Easy access off the Trans-Canada Highway. Drove to activities but a nice pool and hot tub on site and as the name indicates, a water slide. Good location from where to explore Banff, Lake Louise, Kananaskis, etc.

Our room was lovely. Spacious room . Lovely view on our balcony. The wine was a wonderful touch. Lived the local soaps, actually went to the store down town and bought some- great products. Room in my room for yoga too!

I don’t write reviews, but this hotel was absolutely disgusting. Right when we checked in, we were told that our room is down in the basement and we didn’t think much of it until we got in the room which was filthy and dirty with bed stains and the bathroom smelled really bad like it had not been cleaned for years. On top of that when I called Lia the supervisor about my concerns, she seemed to not care about it and was offended. She had a really bad attitude and told me that the room has no AC. I was not notified that during check-in and mind you they put a table fan in the room. I mean motels don’t even have table fans these days. This is a $300 night hotel and you’re telling me that I have to be in a room with no AC and in the basement so I asked for my refund and Lia made me waste two hours to call Expedia for it when she knew all along that since I paid at the property, I could get the refund right away and didn’t have to get Expedia involved. Do yourselves a favor and AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

Nice location within walking distance to the town centre. Rooms and hotel were clean and well taken care off. Front desk was friendly and very accommodating. This was our second stay at the Pocaterra Inn.
