Room was very clean, I like that they used local soaps in the bathroom. The fireplace could've been on a longer timer. Staff was very pleasant to talk to and helpful with requests.

The room was clean and spacious. Safety with fire place atleast to put fireplace fence for kids as they are curious all the time to touch the glass ( there is a note not to touch the glass but 5 years old and below does not able to ready yet. I understand it is parents responsiblity to watch your kids, just a suggestion) Otherwise the while stay was awesome where my kids mostly stay in the pool.

We booked for five they only had the two queen beds made and no sheets for the pull out couch then they handed me sheets that has so much stain so I had it replaced.The pull out bed is sunken in the middle and every slight movement I made it makes a very annoying sound.t

Staff were awesome. Rooms are clean, well stocked, breakfast staff kept the food filled with the morning crowds. The pool was wildly busy- ran out of towels a few times but still lots of fun!

The room felt neglected. There was baseboards missing in the room and a lot of scuffs on the wall/cabinets. The breakfast was poorly put together, running out of food and when asked if a table could get wiped down because it was dirty the staff handed us a cloth to do it ourselves. The pool was cloudy and there were band aids on the pool deck for multiple days that would suggest it had not been cleaned. This was not my first stay there, but it is definitely my last.
