Overall a great property and stay. The only major complaint is that the doors to access the building are not handicapped accessible, there is no button to open the doors (or automatic sliding doors as many hotels have). Also very inconvenient to get in/out with luggage due to this.

Rooms were clean, Rocky Mountain soap company products, and has a mini fridge, microwave, fireplace, air conditioner, and TV (very limited channels). Sauna needs upkeep as the seats are a bit broken and not hot enough. It’s a dry Finnish sauna. Pool and hot tub were nice and family friendly. Gym required one to get a key from the front desk staff. They had guest laundry but I didn’t check it out. They served cookies and hot chocolate in the main lobby at night. The staff were friendly. Continental breakfast with Canadian staples: mixed fruit, yogurt, tea, juices, coffee, cereal, bagels, bread, waffles, eggs, sausage, and hash brown. Self seat, self serve. Might be more difficult to find a seat if you’re a bigger family. Free parking and wifi. Pretty good and family friendly hotel.

This was an overnight get away with my granddaughters and son. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a big hit and occupied hours of our time. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, with hot food selections along with the usual toast and cereal. The fresh fruit salad was particularly good. I would definitely stay here again.

The good: Check in was quick and efficient, the king bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The not so good: room cleanliness left much to be desired. Hard surfaces were ok but every grill was coated with dust including the fireplace which did not work. There was an exhaust smell coming from the hallway which had higher air pressure than the room thus constantly pushing air in around the door. Breakfast choices were very limited especially for healthy options. Actually went out for breakfast on the second day. The staff in the breakfast room were obviously not happy with their job. Water pressure was very weak as it took 15 minutes to fill the jacuzzi tub passed the jets.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Pocaterra Inn & Waterslide. We had a beautiful room with a fantastic view of the Rockies from our large balcony. It was very well kept and the kids had a blast at the pool. Loved that they provided life jackets since we forgot to bring ours. As an added bonus the room had hard wood floors which just made the space feel so clean. We stayed 5 nights with no complaints. Enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning as well.
