We've been to this place three times, it's clean and convenient to Canmore town centre, my kid liked the swimming pool, welcome cookies and breakfast very much. We will sure to come back.

Being mid December, it was great to have the parking area well maintained. This was notable as it had been snowing for a couple days. Check in was quick. Having a gas fireplace in the room was a nice touch. The included breakfast hit the spot before driving to Sunshine ski area for both days.

The back entrance and sloped access was slippery. Also the pool is not accessible for people who cannot do stairs. I was told afterwards that I should have asked for the small door to be opened. I didn’t know it could be done. Maybe a sign telling people to ask if they have mobility problems.

Everything was great! Breakfast was nice to have to not go out! It was nice a quiet! The included toiletries were awesome and great quality, we went and purchased some to take home! They had complimentary cookies that were also great! Would stay again!

Clean room, beautiful property, the friendliest and most helpful staff. Great pool and adequate gym. A couple of things bothered us - poor wifi, hot water ran out by the end of the night, and lots of noise transfer from room above us and in the hallway. We’d stay again though.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. The first 2 times we had a pleasant experience thus why we chose to stay here again this year. However this year we were quite disappointed with the quality & quantity of breakfast food. There are less choices & the food were either under cooked or over cooked. Front desk staff wasn’t so friendly either. They didn’t give us any instruction after we checked in like how to get to our room or pool & breakfast information. The beds were not that comfortable either so we ended up checking out a day earlier than we booked. Glady we were given a refund for the 1 day. Sorry to say next time we go to Canmore we won’t be returning here to stay.

Overall decent hotel, unfortunately the king suite we stayed in had the air makeup vent next to our doorway... and it runs nonstop and loud! Kinda dampened the mood.
