Our room was quite dirty. Thick dust on surfaces, surfaces not wiped at all. Beds very firm, not very comfortable. Staff were generally friendly. It was also nice to have the option of breakfast included. Waterslide is very fast and dark so if your children are younger it isnt great!

We arrived in town earlier than expected and was able to check in way earlier which is very nice. Staff is friendly to greet us and pool is also nice. We got to enjoy pool and slide to ourselves for about an hour before more people joins in. Room we got has mountain view so its a bonus. Only thing is building is getting it years. Toilet flashing very very slow. Elevator is slow. TV channels were not on right cabel input and has to adjust. But overall we enjoy our time.

My room (King size, single) was very spacious and I appreciated having 2 comfy chairs to sit in rather than only being able to sit on the bed. The desk also was appreciated as I did have work to do as well. The Rocky Mountain Soap products in the bath were the best - excellent quality and not your standard hotel offerings. The con for me, travelling alone to have some quiet time, was how loud the pool / hot tub area was due to screaming kids. I did have my headphones so I could use those to muffle the sounds. Also, there were a few nasty hairs in the bath tub that were easily seen and could have been removed when the tub was originally cleaned. A bit gross but nothing I couldn't take care of myself.

Our room was really nice, clean, spacious. Breakfast was really good! Lots of options with both hot and cold. My only complaints where the tub was really slow to drain and the hot tub had quite a few tiles missing! My child cut a toe open.
