Villa Hideaway is located in a quiet residential section of SW Cape Coral. The updated home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, updated kitchen, and baths. The nicely redone kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring throughout the home. The home is surrounded by lush landscaping making this the Hideaway Vacation spot. Southern exposure pool in the full house length screen exposure will give you and your group all day sun in the pool area. The lanai enclosure has multiple seating spaces, a gas BBQ grill, a full-size pool bath and a fountain that spills into the heated pool. You'll feel like you are on your own private and secluded island with all the foliage that surrounds the backyard oasis.

The great room has vaulted ceilings and large windows. The view to the pool and yard will fill your days with sunshine and delight you with every look. Ample seating in the great-room open concept of the home. Allows you to move freely from the kitchen to the dining to the living area.

The master is bright and has French doors to lanai, has a large walk-in closet and the bath offers a large walk-in shower. There is a flat-screen TV along with a comfortable King-size bed. You will delight waking in the morning and walking straight to the pool area for your morning cup of coffee.

The split design of the home features the guest rooms split from the master. One guest room with a queen bed, TV, and the other with also a queen-size bed and lots of space. The full guest bath conveniently adjacent to the two guest sleeping quarters.

In the neatly organized garage, you will find a washer and dryer, plenty of pool toys, ample space for parking. The yard is fenced and ready to welcome your pet upon approval. WiFi throughout the home and cable TV package for your entertainment.

*This home is pet friendly for (MAX 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 35lbs) with a pet fee per pet (no cats).

This home was not ready to rent
I would not recommend renting this home. Pool heater didn't work the first 3 days, had to be reset. Pool furniture was gross and stained. Rusting lawn chair in the back yard with a pile of lawn trash. Sliding glass door rusted and wouldn't open. Dining room outlets didn't work. Had to run an extension cord thru the garage to charge laptop at the dining room table. Paint peeling off the walls, cabinets, and pool frame. It was a very disappointing experience. We rented from Sunday to Sunday but left early as we just didn't want to deal with the house any longer. This was my first bad experience on VRBO. I communicated these issues with the property manager.

Family vacation
The house was nice and clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was in close proximity to restaurants and stores. The property is older and is in need of some updates/repairs. The pool fountain was broken and the third bathroom listed is actually outside near the pool and not in the main house. I didn’t realize just how far the house is from the beach either. That’s my fault. I should have researched that more. Other than that my stay was good.

Overall a great place!!
The pictures of the pool made the pool look 2x its size and it was not as clean or new as photos. The sofa and loveseat recliners were broken and not able to be reclined. I called and text the office and got a response that that my contact was out of the office and did not get a call from anyone, however even with these things mentioned the home was greatly priced and I would book here again!

Nice house with a beautiful garden
We enjoyed every minute what we spent in there. The house is nice and clean, the pool is great size and the garden beautiful. The management was kind because we got there a little bit earlier and when we called the lady she let us in after a couple minutes. I recommend this house for a family with or without a dog,too.

Great location and pool
Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. You will be comfortable in these surroundings with everything you need. Pool area is large and has two seating areas plus a lounge chair area.
