One Short Block to Beach - Spacious Victorian - 1st Floor Bed and Bath

Just steps from the beach, our home offers all the Charm of Victorian Cape May and all the Up to Date features of a new home.

Spread out on the large front porch and listen to the ocean while enjoying a beverage. Relax, you are at the beach! Our main goal is to provide an exceptionally clean, comfortable home for our family and guests to create lasting memories they will cherish a lifetime and I know “Porch Time” will be part of that.

Just inside the front door is a welcoming living room with clean lines and tranquil colors, gorgeous hardwood floors and high ceilings. Comfortable sofa’s and easy chairs provide ample room for the whole family to sit and talk or watch a ballgame on the 50” HGTV. There is also a large coffee table to enjoy spreading out for some fun without having to “Monopolize” the Dining Room. Our Dining Room has a huge table with seating for 16 comfortably.

The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you will need to cook for your family. We routinely have 16 to 20 for dinner and enjoy cooking for the whole crew. Off the kitchen is a 1st floor bedroom with a new Queen Bed. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on the 1st floor.

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The 1st Master Suite has a very comfortable King bed in a spacious room facing the ocean. You do have views of the ocean from this room. Just recently added is a Powder Room to maximize privacy. It doesn’t get much better than to fall asleep to the sound of the waves pounding the shore and the wind blowing the curtains. 2nd Master Suite too has a very comfortable King bed in a spacious room and also has views of the ocean from this room. This room is attached to a full bath with a Claw foot Tub/Shower. The 3rd bedroom is a very comfortable Queen bed with ample room and a relaxed décor. The 4th bedroom is a very pretty room with a comfortable double bed. Many of the bedrooms have the old transom window above the door that can be opened to maximize the great breeze while still keeping doors closed. Still on the 2nd floor is another full bathroom with newly renovated shower.

The 3rd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a half bath. The front bedroom has spectacular views of the ocean and 1 single & 1 double bed and the bathroom. The back bedroom is very spacious with 2 single beds and a Double bed.

The house is fully equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, DVD, central air conditioning/heat.

Circa 1900 - Centrally located on quiet street in Historic District. Short stroll to beach, town, shopping, museums, amazing restaurants, and nightly entertainment.

Perfect House and Great Location
The house was spacious and the location was perfect. It was close to the beach and walking distance to the center of Cape May. There is a large kitchen table and the family room had plenty of seats for our family of 12. The beds were comfortable. It is an older home with so much character and charm. The front porch was great too. Brooks was wonderful and very flexible with our stay.

Perfect!!!
This beautiful painted lady was the perfect place for 7 lifelong friends to celebrate their 60th birthday's. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we could have possibly needed from a bed for everyone to a very well appointed kitchen. We loved all the seating on the porch, in the living room and at the dining room table. Brooks was a fabulous host. Every question I asked (I asked a lot!) was answered within minutes! He provided me with a list of restaurants and made special arrangements for an early check-in time necessitated by a member of our party with a health issue. I will definitely recommend The Pink House to anyone I know heading to Cape May!

Family reunion
My family consisting of 3 grown children and their significant others/spouses spent a week at the house. We were a total of 8 and the house provided enough room for privacy and social activities. The location is ideal. A block from the beach and easy walking distance to many eateries, malls and activities you want on a beach vacation. My family has now elected me to choose all future vacation houses!

Classically Vintage, Comfortable and Convenient
The online photos of this home do not do it justice. It is simply beautiful in the details inside. All of the furnishings are perfect. The kitchen is modern and every convenience is there. The bathrooms are beautifully done in marble. The vintage furniture is gorgeous. And the wood floors are mostly original so be prepared for a few dips, but the character is outstanding. Enjoy sitting on the relaxing porch. The house is only a block and a half walk to the beach. And you can walk to many of the stores and restaurants. The owners are wonderful people with which to work. I wish I could live here!

This was an excellent house for our family of 12 to stay at in Cape May, which we look forward to staying at again. Superb accommodations and location. We had fourteen adults and kids and didn’t even use the upstair rooms. A large dining area and living room. A short walk to a marvelous beach with beach passes supplied. Could not have asked for more.

Perfect Week
Everything about our week in Cape May was perfect. We didn’t have to contact the owner about anything after we checked in. The house was just as described, with plenty of room to spread out, although most of the week was spent in the spacious living room & the amazing front porch. The huge, well-appointed kitchen had great counter space, along with a huge refrigerator. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms for a week of quiet sleeping. A one block to the beach was really nice, but we were also a short walk to lots of fun activities for the grandkids. Thank you, Brooks, for an unforgettable week at your Cape May beach home.

Great house in a great location
The house is exactly as advertised with a lot of bedrooms and a fantastic front porch. Additionally, the location can't be beat. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. Brooks was an amazing host. He provided us with great recommendations and all the details needed for our stay.
