Vai sem medo porque o lugar é bom.
Na verdade fiquei com receio de hospedar nesse hotel por causa de alguns comentários ruins, mas percebi que eram exagerados. A estrutura já é antiga, mas a limpeza é boa os funcionários são atenciosos e muito prestativos o café da manhã é top 10. Minha família gostou bastante que é o mais importante pra mim. Recomendo para quem quiser se hospedar em Piracicaba.

Queda na qualidade de serviço o atendimento.
Demora para entrega das toalhas após o Check in, quarto liberado sem limpeza feita corretamente. E no checkout, apenas uma pessoa fazendo esse serviço, horário de meio dia. Dificuldade em ser atendido para consumo de bebidas no hall do hotel. A Gerente pouco se mobilizou para resolver essas questões apontadas acima.

Fuja desse "hotel".
Horrível... Quarto com odor de esgoto. Camas com barulhos muito fortes de molas. Goteira em um cano que saia do ar condicionado e ia para a janela. Porta com sinais de arrombamento recente.
