Will never stay there again. We were there at 3 to check in and we had to wait in our vehicle for 1 hour to get in our room apparently no towels. When we got in at 4 still no towels. We had booked for 2 nights after the first night our keys didn’t work. No one at desk to help. Had to wait in our vehicle again. Day two we asked for clean towels and once again no towels. Must be a towel shortage in Bathurst. Cleaning staff was very rude.

The hotel had a large tour bus group in the previous day and were behind in getting the rooms ready. Check in was slow, but we were able to get our room, the towels arrived about an hour later. There is no elevator so we had to carry our stuff up the stairs to the second floor. The desk chair needs new gas as the seat kept sinking. The place is dated but it works. Surprisingly they had a decent hot breakfast which was a plus. There are a few food options near by. We chose an asian venue for take out and it was quite good.

Poor value for $225.00 tax in.
Poor night's sleep because the bed is so soft (old). Mould in the shower, hair on the floor (definitely not mine), thin towels, shampoo container was empty and substandard picture quality on the television. The air conditioning works well.

It is close to the work i needed to do. Been here before, need some work, a/c was not working. Have to ask to be moved. The new room was perfect, a/c working great. Didn't have tome for breakfast this trip.

There was a dirty straw under the table in our room. The breakfast eggs were soggy, and would have liked to choose meat instead of only one choice. Juice machine not working, so only had a choice of a hot drink or a small juice box (which was warm). And only one kind of juice.
