Property ok but not great. The room clean but dated. Some duct tape on carpet. No USB charging ports but adequate plug ins. Breakfast was lacking but not horrible. Liked that it was close to cavern but not close options for food. Staff was helpful.

A Clean place to stay near Carlsbad Caverns.
The rooms are clean and the plumbing works! There is a nice pool. The office staff was helpful. The Ice machine was broken and it was hot. However, the motel is close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park which is spectacular.

Clean and comfy beds. The restaurant is only open 8am to 3pm so missed supper. The grocery store doesn’t have much. Just get food before you leave Carlsbad. The accommodations provided everything we needed

We were about 15-20 mins until 3pm. They said the room wasn't ready & to leave & come back after 3pm. We are visitors to the area, no suggestions of what to do.

Property was fine for one night stay before heading to Carlsbad Caverns. Very close to Cavern entrance. No restaurant for dinner. Would have to drive back to Carlsbad town. Complementary breakfast was minimal and Cactus restaurant only open from 8-3. Not convenient for an early start.

It was a piece of kitch in a kitchy old tourist area, that has been taken over and rebranded by locals. I enjoyed it, and more importantly, my OCD girlfriend was comfortable here. Don't expect a heated pool or hot tub, it's just a good clean place to stay, when visiting the caverns and a side trip to Sitting Bull Falls, which we highly recommend. It was just a nicer option than the sterile, more expensive new cookie cutter hotels much farther away in the town of Carlsbad proper. I'm glad to have stayed in this older but kept up bit of '60's pre-cast concrete hey dayism.

I arrived later in the evening, and found it easy to get checked in. I chose the Inn because of its proximity to Carlsbad Caverns, and I was not in the least disappointed. No reason to stay in Carlsbad for more money, in my view. My room was more than adequate. It was clean and well maintained.

Great property very clean, close to the caverns, nice pool, and the workers are very nice. They have a little cafe open until 3. We didn’t try the lunch but the breakfast was shockingly good.
