Very poor service at the front desk would not give me a handicap room because I had a service dog. I had to call corporate headquarters and complain couple hours later they had a room for me which they had all along but they refused to give me because I had a service dog
This is the 3rd time the Tv was not working like it should the young lady shes always on site alone she came and rebooted it as soon as i called her when i walked into the room. The bathroom smelled like Pee & the floors are never swept or mopped. Someone was in the parking lot at 8 am blasting music from their car so this stay was horrible. It won't let me upload the pictures
I showed the manager my registered service dog id which he copied and explained she stays in her crate 100% inside the room. Then an hour later, he called me on my phone to "kick me out of our room as they did not collect a pet fee." I explained she is a registered service dog and not a pet & that we were currently with her breeder trying to breed her and we would be back in a couple of hours. He, the pet friendly hotel, then hung up AND CALLED THE POLICE which in turn two sheriff's deputies called me back and said they explained to the manager they would NOT make us leave as its a Federal law to accept registered service animals at no extra charge. The manager was extremely discontented with the situation and called my voicemail afterwards leaving me a message i had to be out on day 1 at 11:30am. When we got back at 3pm, my husband explained i am legally blind and the dog is my service dog. Upon leaving on day 2, We also lysol wiped the entire room and floors down before leaving, placed all towels on bathroom floor and cleaned the Refrigerator as it looked like upon entering. We requested a satisfactory check out and managers walk through. He put his name on the back of our card but wrote nothing else. Not a very friendly office. The breakfast consisted of water flavored juice, twinkies and breakfast cakes. Had they pursued this anymore i would have filed a civil suit in federal court. Sad, the franchised business needs to seriously be trained about service dogs.
I booked this hotel for the weekend for my daughter’s soccer tournament. The address provided was not the address of the hotel. The hotel was about 15/20 minutes away from the address given. The hotel was booked based on proximity to the soccer complex. This meant that we stayed even further away from the tournament than expected and planned for. The hotel was not filthy but was not clean either. The floor was stained and the bedding also had stains. The bathroom has rust that would run out while running the shower and the water from the shower along with the condensation made the bathroom into a lake by the time you finish washing. We asked for more fresh and clean towels the second day of our stay and went through an extensive line of questioning as to why we needed new towels on day two of our stay. The lady in the front said she would bring them but never did. My child had gotten muddy from her first game and needed to take a shower before the second. She ended up using the dirty towels from the day before. When we returned to the room after her game no new towels were brought then. We ended up going back to the front desk and waited until towels were physically handed to us.

Much traffic noise. Musty odor of old smoke in room. Otherwise fine.
A basic room. Nothing fancy and that's okay.
Very sketchy area. Very noisy (people in next room slamming their door and talking loud) Someone tried to open our door. (Pretty sure it was people next door trying to get in the wrong room). Property just feels unsafe.
I was giving RM 129 I walked in the cover on the bed was just laid on it wasn't made like it normally is & the floor haven't been stepped in the bathroom area. The TV was not working I had to keep turning it off & on in order for the TV to show every sec no picture but you could hear the people's still talking. It's normally a peaceful quiet night but I think some of the other guests had dogs and all I heard was it barking all night. I reported the TV was not working once I went to check out but I think they already knew but all he said to me the TV not working I told him no I was w/out a TV. But he still didn't say anything. That's not cool they want a 50 deposit but don't give you anything in return of you stating an complaint to them. Do you think it's right to just hear what the customer has to say & not offer an solution to the customer on their next visit or just to stand there and act like you not concerned. So how Upper Management how do y'all think this should be resolved.

Room 128
This is the second time i was give RM 128 and the smell has been awful idk if the carpet needs an deep cleaning or what. But the desk clerk came and sprayed his own smell good into the room and i had some also. I would not like to be book into Rm 128 no more until it is service with a deep cleaning.
Super nice staff for what seemed like a family owned franchise. For what you’re paying for the room is what it is. Clean, plenty of towels and other amenities like a hair dryer, iron and board etc. Room was surprisingly quiet. My next door neighbors came out of their car talking very loudly and sudden went silent once inside the room. Definitely a plus for travelers looking for nothing but a great rest.
My actual stay at the property went well. However, as part of check in ID is required, but not returned. I was extremely tired at the time of check-in so didn’t recognize the error. It wasn’t until I went to the airport a few days later that I noticed the problem. I called the property and confirmed that my ID was in fact there, however couldn’t get back before my flight. I made several calls throughout the week in an effort to get it mailed to my home (address shows on the ID). Each time I was told that the individual would talk to the General Manager and get back with me (one of those the GM had just arrived), all I got was the sound of crickets. In the end (after a week and a half) it required a call to my mother (in her 80s) to drive (several hours) to the hotel and claim the ID. As I said the stay went well, however, the staff are less than helpful and honest (I’d been lied to about a return call repeatedly)!
