What to say about this place... It all started when I picked the reserve now and pay later option on Expedia, but Huespedia (the owners of the appartments) billed me the next day. Not according to agreement but not a very big deal. In my booking I requested a room with a nice view (if possible). I then got contacted through Whatsapp by Diana, your ‘concierge’, that the room I booked has a window facing the building right next to it. Although it was nice that she pointed this out, but the aggressive way she communicated this was less pleasent (she made a movie in which she shows her computer screen and points out that it is clear that there is no window, which is totally not clear). I asked to upgrade me to a room with view and agreed to pay the extra cost, but no rooms were available. When we arrived at the place, the doorman was clearly annoyed by the fact he had to stop watching tv to check us in. When I rated the check in through an email from expedia as negative, I received in the middle of the night texts from Diana asking me for an explanation. She was clearly upset, and told me it was unfair and said I gave the rating because I did not get a free upgrade. I explained the situation to her, but never heard back. Diana is very aggressive in her communication and does not know what hospitality means. This is also mentioned by others and is a serious issue! The 10 USD cleaning fee per night (also the night for check out!?) is ridicously for what the cleaning lady does.
