If breakfast was served at breakfast time i.e. before 8am, the stay would have been ok. Therefore missed to catch flight. Good location for Carvoeiro.

The hotel has been well used and is in need of some updating e.g. bathroom needs a proper exhaust and the sliding door lock on the balcony was broken. Unusual that the room safe required a deposit to use (€20 cash) and even pool towels would not be provided without another cash deposit. Even the a/c remote was only available ‘on request’ (probably with another deposit). Staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel is located in the quieter part of town which is good. Pool area could use some shade and the water in the pool was very cold.

This Property is the cleanest one we have seen... And we have seen alot.. Perfect location. Close to all amenities... Hotel rooms are small especially bathrooms.. they do need to refurbish bathrooms.. take out bathtubs and bidets and make more room.. Other than that Great!!

Very nice place to stay in Carvoeiro. Very nice big rooms with a balcony, although a bit dated. Perfect location. Close to the beach and shopping area, and it is surrounded by very good restaurants.

Stayed here with my mum. Staff are fabulous, so warm and friendly. Very central location. Hotel itself is good, pool is lovely, bar, central areas, but the rooms are dated and small, could do with modernising the decor to make brighter, and the bathrooms to have walk in shower and remove bidet! Otherwise it was very good.

The location of the hotel was great! Right next to the beach and it was very clean. The rooms themselves are quite dated - AC doesn’t work well, and the overall look is old. The staff is ok but doesn’t go out of their way to help with anything - didn’t guide me to my room, help with my bags, offer me refreshments or any of the perks expected in a 4 star hotel.
