Eat elsewhere. Room service “covid protocols” AKA price gouging (full price meals and ZERO service) in full effect. Ordered 2 steaks via room service, a total of $148, after tip, taxes, fees ($48 per steak), and they were served in a Togo box with plastic knives and forks. I called RS for real china and cutlery and they said they couldn’t. I pushed back and was told there was nothing they could do…keep in mind we ordered pizza two days earlier and it was delivered on plates. After going to the front desk for resolution, they comp’d the food (Thanks, Freddie), 15mins of time wasted, I get back to a cold meal…and plates! Absurd!!! Spend your food budget elsewhere…

This was the first vacation with my family that I’ve been able to have in years. Other than not really being able to get ahold of transportation services when needed, the stay was amazing. The rooms are slightly outdated, and may need minor touch ups to match the energy of the resort itself (they’re just a bit stained and worn in some places) but overall, it was a much needed escape. The minor details didn’t take away enough for my family and myself to not enjoy ourselves. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again if I got the opportunity. Although I might spring for better views/ nicer rooms, to avoid some of the problem areas we had this time

We didn't care much for the parking situation but we were only staying for a night. We would have loved to have spent more time. The T.V. in the bedroom was off air but it was later in the evening so we opted not to bother anyone, but they should make sure that all rooms are set to go. It's a lovely property and the staff was wonderful.

The property was large, well kept, and clean. The food service staff, as well as lobby staff, were all pleasant and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. We (2) purchased the same spa service, both of which were incredibly different experiences than what was described, ranging from the services provided, conversations with staff, and accomodations. While I'd surely stay at this resort for upcoming trips, I would arrange for a spa service elsewhere.

a $39 resort fee is outrageous. One restaurant has almost no choice and the 2nd restaurant is fine dining, reservations required, nobody at the hotel. The rooms are old, dingy, the fitness room is small, dark and cramped. all the staff indicates they want to help, but I made 3 request and received NO service. I got a late check out and meanwhile 2 service members knocked on my doe inquiring when I was leaving. Maybe a good resort if you are a golfer, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
