Looking for a relaxing resort but want the convenience that a private home offers? Then this is for you. This two-story high end vacation rental home is located in the best enclosed community in Maricopa--the Villages in Rancho El Dorado. You will have keyed-access to two community pools, Fitness Gym with free classes (Yoga, Pilates, Karate, Zumba, etc.), Community Center (hosts Bingo, Sewing, Movie-in-the-park, etc.), Child Splash Park, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Numerous Parks and Picnic Area just two blocks from the house.

Our spacious 2400 SF+, 4 bedroom home includes a living room with 47' TV/DVD and Apple TV system, sitting area complete with gas fireplace, and loft upstairs with 32' flatscreen TV/DVD and Apple TV System, great for an extra children's entertainment area. Both TV systems are equipped with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, and more applications into which you can log-in as well as basic cable. The private master suite with a luxury king bed, oversized tub, separate shower, two sinks, walk-in closet, and balcony. The other 3 bedrooms are complete with queen beds, dressers, iPod/Radio alarm clocks, and are located close to either full baths. One bedroom is located downstairs for easy accessibility. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances which include oven, 25cu. ft. refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and microwave. Leather furniture throughout. The home is equipped with central AC, central heat, and water softener with Reverse Osmosis drinking system. The laundry room holds a He3 GE Washer and Dryer. Quality dishes, pots & plans, towels, and linens will be supplied. Tennis rackets and basketball will also be available for those who would like to take advantage of the community courts two blocks away. We have a full dining room plus a dinette off the kitchen.

Our backyard is newly landscaped with putting green, pergola, fire-pit, water feature, citrus trees, and bbq. It backs to the greenbelt where you can view wild birds, rabbits, and coyotes.

A grocery service is possible for a small fee for those who would like food purchased and stocked upon arrival. If you would like this service, just contact us and we will give you the details. Our family does this and it is wonderful to get to the home after an exhausting day of traveling and already have the food we have chosen (milk & other stables) in the fridge/pantry.

We are minutes away from several casinos and a five minute walk to the Duke Golf course. You have more than 50 courses only 30 minutes away from the house. We are also walking distance to grocery stores and many restaurants. If you enjoy the excitement of casinos, the Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino, is within 10 minutes from the home and Wild Horse Pass within 20 minutes also offers entertainment shows. The new Multi-Flex 5 minutes away houses a movie theater, bowling, laser tag, arcade center, and other adventures. The Cooper Sky Center hosts many local venues, concerts, conventions, and festivals. It is about a 25 minute drive to the Chandler Fashion Center/Mall. We are about 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You can take endless DAY TRIPS and play a different golf course every day from this location.

Maricopa is only 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. There are many things to do in the greater Phoenix area, from golf to shopping (Chandler Fashion Mall and Arizona Mills shopping malls, outdoor shopping, flea markets, etc.) to sporting events (Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Coyotes, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix International Raceway (Nascar racing) and multiple professional baseball spring training camps) to eating out (1,000s of restaurants in the greater Phoenix surrounding area) and of course sightseeing.

Phoenix offers one of the best zoos in the nation. Not only that, but it also contains municipal parks, theme and water parks, play centers, discovery science center, botanical gardens, and anything little hearts can imagine.

Perfect holiday get-a-way
We went to Maricopa to celebrate Thanksgiving with family living there. This home was perfect in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Large and warm and welcoming. Kitchen had all the utensils, pans, bowls, etc needed. Seating was perfect for getting everyone together for our Thanksgiving meal and for playing family games, as well as talking and catching up. Backyard was nice and we enjoyed the putting green and fire pit. Owner Shelley was awesome to work with. Always got back to me immediately throughout the whole process answering any questions I had. Property is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery, gas, etc. Everything was great all the way around!

Thouroghly enjoyed our stay at Biss Bungalow. Especially enjoyed the spacious feeling provided by the view of the wash. Also enjoyed watching various wildlife on the wash. The house was layed out nicely and was very convienient. Every thing was clean and comfortable. Shelley was very pleasant and promptly took care of any issues or questions we had.

The location of the rental was great! Close to the airport and amenities (store, activities, etc.) and the home was very clean. The kids walked to the community center to play tennis and swim. Centrally located to many activities. Sail gliding and Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch.

Very nice big house with a beautiful backyard.
This house is very open and spacious. The backyard looks out to a wash so it does not have that closed-in feeling. Loved the large master bedroom. At our age the only problem was the master is upstairs. The kitchen is very well stocked. We would definitely recommend this house.

It was a perfect family home!
We loved staying at the home. It was equipped with everything we needed. The owners were delightful and friendly. They don't rent the home often, so everything was in tip-top shape. The landscaping was just completed and we love the water feature and gas fireplace. There is binder that has all information about the area. The pools were wonderful and within a few minutes walk. I would definitely rent this place again!

Great house, location is close to grocery store, restaurants, shops, & golfing!
We were very happy with the house. Lots of pillows, blankets, & even a couple lay flat mattress pads we used when one brother didn't want to sleep with the other! Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Even staples in the refrigerator. Only negatives were the propane tank for the grill was empty & the downstairs bathroom handle sticks (so the water runs continually unless you make sure & jiggle the handle into it stops). Boys were a little disappointed they couldn't get their sports stations (a little spoiled), but the Final Four was on so they made do. All in all, great vacation!

Maricopa Visit
We had the pleasure of staying in this home while visiting our family in Maricopa. The house was beautifully furnished and large. We were traveling with our 2 adult children and were very thankful to all have our own space. We arrived in the late evening and were pleasantly surprised to have lights on making the entrance to the home very inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked with all dishware and appliances you could possibly imagine. The owners were very helpful. I had emailed them a few times with some minor questions and always got a quick response. The grounds in the subdivision were beautiful. We were able to use the pools often.

A generously supplied and thoughtfully outfitted home
The Biss Cottage is a real home, generously equipped and thoughtfully outfitted. We entirely enjoyed our long stay there, and appreciated the many comforts of it--from appliances to linens, kitchen equipment to front porch swing. It was perfect for our visiting family, which also enjoyed the pool and tennis courts, the walking paths and easy biking of the neighborhood, as well as the interior of the house, with its quiet areas for conversation and reading, and its large, eat-in kitchen, where the long table is perfect for communal meals. The owners are lovely to deal with, and have an excellent handyman; the property had everything promised, and everything was made easy. Renting the Biss Cottage, and living in it, was an entirely happy experience, which we hope to have again.

Completely wonderful!
This home had all you would need from a home away from home. The Biss's have a beautiful, comfortable and well stocked home. My kids played and acted just like it was their home and this of course made the trip even more enjoyable for us. The area around the home, close and far, was beautiful. Safety was not a concern and there was so many things to do with your kids in the housing community. The home was well positioned to all the activities we had. I had a few questions while we were there and when I contacted Shelley she was prompt and went above and beyond to answer my questions. She also assisted in us planning our trip by sending suggestions and also by leaving a book full of tips and ideas in the home. She was also very prompt when we were in the booking part of the trip. I'd say stop looking and rent this home, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thanks for sharing your home with us Biss family!
