The property was older, but well kept staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean and updated. Everything worked as it should hot showers. Comfortable bed ice machine in the lobby. T v and fridge worked well, Would have liked to have a microwave. Properties located just across the bridge on the way out of town, but very convenient to get into town.. I would stay here again. The price was good.

The manager contacted us the day we were to arrive to confirm we were still coming (nice touch). The area around the motel is looking a little rundown and needs a face lift. There are trees blocking the view of Kootenay Lake and the Nelson Bridge which could give visitors a great view from the motel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was average but had been recently remodeled with new paint and hardwood floors. We would stay there again.

The Hosts were very helpful and acomadated us when our stay was unknown while we waited for our car to be repaired. The room was large. Just a couple of faults. The light in the kitchen and bathroom were on the same switch, so there should have been a curtain or something between the sleeping area and the kitchen. Also the AC was noisey and had to turn it off to sleep. Besides that everything was great

Friendly staff. Clean updated rooms. A hot tub after a long days ride on the motorbike would have been nice but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Would stay again no problem.

Nice but could be better
Room seemed clean though quite "perfumy" and later noticed the distinct smell of cigarettes. I'm guessing febreeze was used to try to cover it up. Looks like new floors and tile in the bathroom, though the tub was old and chipped and the exhaust fan is falling out of the ceiling. Tried to add pictures but cannot Sheets and bed are clean and comfy. When I went to brew coffee, the old coffee bag from the previous person was still in the pot so I question the cleanliness. Quiet for being on a busy road. Not much nearby for amenities though. Not close enough to the main area of town to walk to especially in the heat.
