So much missing
Refillable Lotion in the bathroom empty . No plug in the tub. No beverage at breakfast except coffee. Juice machine down. Nothing for childern to drink. When we asked the server told us we could buy bottled water at reception.Bit by a spider in the night.

Overall nice but could improve AC units
Room was clean with a nice bed and bedding. The only downside was the AC unit didn't quite cool the room down enough and it wouldn't run on Fan Always On mode so it kept waking us up when it would turn back on after being off a bit.

Miscommunication between Expedia and Hilton made our reservation appear non-existent, but the front desk did the best they could to accommodate us and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. This is why we will drive the 20 minutes away from Saratoga Springs to stay here of all the other hotels we have tried in years of coming up to the racetrack. Rooms are clean and consistent in quality and breakfast is high quality as well.
