Roomy, clean, very nice overall

Lots of room to spread out in this very clean condo located in a quiet golf community.Out only difficulty was locating and entering the unit, partly our fault due to late arrival, but the front areas were dark so hard to find and hard to see the lockbox.

Updates needed but great location

The property needs updating and a refresh with new flooring or carpeting. It was nice to have two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each. The kitchen could also use updating as we did a lot of cooking in the unit. The best part of the rental was the lovely location with a nice patio and view of the golf course and mountains.

Great location

November weather is perfect and the Desert Princess is a well run and beautiful community. The golf courses were in perfect shape. The Arrive contacts were responsive when we had questions and very kind and helpful when we accidentally locked our keys in the condo. The condo was somewhat dated but very comfortable. The unit was clean and well stocked.

our air conditioning did not work for 4 days. the door handle was literally falling off Janely the host was great. Courtney from Arrived was great also, she gave me a decent discount for all our trouble. this place needs some TLC. Blinds kept on falling off Screen door kept on coming off the track

Very tired unit. Cleaned but stove, kitchen and bathroom need repairs. Blinds fall off at the slightest touch. Pool was never cleaned for the week we were there. Not safe due to growth...

Nice location, great community. Dated, we knew this as we saw pictures. Carpet needs to be removed in bathrooms (again, we were aware of carpet in bathrooms) little hick-up upon arrival (no TP or paper towels) but rectified immediately. Great value, would stay here again.

Like a 70’s Flashback

This property has not been updated since it was built, however, this allowed us to flash back to that time, it did not detract from our stay. It was well situated for us, close to pickle ball courts and golf club. It was clean and comfortable.

Desert Princess Villa

Very nice place to stay in Cathedral City. Villa was very clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and uneventful. We enjoyed the gated community and all that the public Desert Princess has to offer. I have to say, though, that the unit is pretty dated. That being said, as a couple in their 60's, we relished in the "Dinah Shore" vibe of the place. You guys would really have a Palm Spring gem with some appliance, television and flooring updates. The view is spectacular from both bedrooms and main living area. We had a nice stay and this Minnesota couple thanks you for your hospitality.

Great location in a beautiful complex that is well maintained with friendly inhabitants. Helpful hosts and easy check-in. House clean and quiet with a nice view of the golf course (I just wish the shower heads were a little taller! =)

Clean, dated property

The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but nice. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom were very good. Everything in the unit was working properly. The community hot tub in our section unfortunately was not. The fees charged for use of the tennis courts was fairly high so we found other public courts to hit on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Very lovely medium-sized 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo sitting on a fair way of a beautiful Golf Course

Beautiful setting with three mountain ranges surrounding the city of Cathedral City and golf courses there. Condo is a little dated but that didn't bother us. It was very well stocked with everything you would need. Tennis and pickleball courts, golf Course Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs very well available.

Beautiful place for a getaway

This is a lovely home with all of the necessities for a relaxing vacation... stocked kitchen, pools, games, etc. Very quiet and safe, with parking, and easy access to Palm Springs. The grounds are beautiful and views are spectacular. We look forward to future stays here.
