We were overall pleasantly surprised by the 'Amethyst' in almost every way. For an extended (20 day) stay like ours the only criticism we had was a limited lunch/dinner menu and an inconsistent and very limited wine selection, However it must be said, the service in the restaurant was excellent as was everything else!! We'll definitely stay at the 'Amethyst' again!!
