The staff is very helpful and friendly! Had a few hiccups the first night but Jonathan was hands on with every problem that occurred! I will be returning back and hoping that I’ll continue receiving the great service that was given to me the moment I walked in!

The Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta East/Stonecrest
Robin and Derrick, in particular, and all the other reception staff was very nice and accommodating to anything that we needed. The hotel including the room was extremely clean. The entire staff that we had contact with were very professional, polite and welcoming.Thanks for making our stay comfortable without any drama.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I have travelled all over the world and have never stayed anywhere where all of the staff made me feel so welcome. I was only there for two days but I felt at home. Incredible staff

We were in a room close to the elevators. Every time the elevators moved there was an extremely loud humming/rattling noise. We informed the front desk and they essentially told us “sorry but too bad”. On top of that, there was no trash can provided in our bathroom.

Pleasantly surprised. Felt like an upscale hotel. Super clean lobby. Johnathon was working the front desk, and was very nice and helpful. He also remembered my name (big deal for me) later on in the evening when I called down, and saw him in the hallway. Though breakfast is an extra fee, it was very good, and was worth the price.

We arrived to the hotel at 12:30am and checked out again at 4:30am to catch a flight. The customer service was amazing. The front desk staff even gave my daughter a snack on our way out because we were way too early for breakfast. It was dark, but the area looked lovely. It was quiet in the area as well.
