Still a nice hotel
Still a nice hotel after many years of hospitality to us. Key card did not work at first, but desk clerk came up to the room with revised cards to let us in. Room is clean and well organized.

This place was absolutely beautiful inside. I could see the fighting Inili sign right out of my window. They offered all the amenities one would want and more... The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. They definitely went above and beyond here.

Our stay was great. It was quiet and the employees were nice. Easy check in/check out. Very clean and nice. There was an issue with the hot water but it was fixed promptly. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our overnight at the IHotel after a recent Illinois basketball win. Our only complaint was that Houlihans, only bar/restaurant on the property, closed at 6 pm.

The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the restaurant closed at 6pm (it was a Sunday) and there is nothing walkable nearby. And the bathroom door was a slider without a lock and no exhaust fan.
