Very comfortable, spacious, clean room. Layout a bit odd as tv was parallel to the bed, so hard to watch. Probably cleanest hotel I have ever been to - not just room, but whole property

Property was convenient to beach and town and had shopping and dining nearby. Staff did not clean the rooms unless requested and even when requested was offered towels only not an actual clean. Staying multinights would like a clean at least every 2-3 nights. No real food or even breakfast only a bar. Hotel was very crowded and very noisy at night. Kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors. Pool is very tiny and overcrowded. Would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Indoors, very modern and clean. Friendly staff. Rooms were lovely and updated. Price was fair. We appreciated the free bottle of Prosecco from Expedia for our stay. My only complaint, but it's a big one, is that room sound blocking was laughable. We might as well have been in a Motel 6. LOUD voices from next door, loud, repetitive banging noises after 10 p.m., and VERY LOUD stomping around directly above our room at 6 a.m. VERY annoying. Must do better or we will not be back.

Although just over the causeway from Charleston, it is on a busy thoroughfare so lots of noise and traffic not making it easy to navigate the area.

Modern, clean, quiet rooms with great beds and blackout shades. Staff are friendly and make you feel like a true guest! Jacob was particularly helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
