The Space: Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first-floor unit is newly renovated, refurbished, and is ideal for smaller groups of up to 4 guests. With its open layout, modern design, and midcentury-inspired décor, it still somehow manages to maintain that beloved historic Charleston charm. It is centrally located downtown and a short walk to Upper King Street and countless other local hotspots, as well as historical sights. Guests can enjoy plenty of space, luxury, and privacy throughout their stay here. Throughout the unit, you will find hardwood floors, chic furnishings, trendy light fixtures, and decor, as well as state-of-the-art appliances.

The property features:

Off-Street Parking. Located in the quaint Cannonborough, with one allocated off-street spot, rest assured that parking and unpacking will be the least of your worries.

A large front porch with seating. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the shared front door and onto their own private front porch with seating. The café table and chairs make it an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail while people watching and soaking in the beautiful Charleston weather. From here, guests will make their way into the 1st-floor unit through their own private entrance.

A bright, open living room area. The living room area is open and spacious with a bright mid-century modern design and décor. This area features a light grey sofa, a side table with a lamp, an area rug beneath a modern-style coffee table, a ceiling fan, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. These Tvs have Netflix, but you must provide your own login. Here you will also find a café table with seating for 2. This space is sure to make you feel right at home.

A fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen is open to the living room and boasts brand-new stylish cabinetry with white stone countertops. It comes fully equipped with brand-new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and gas stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, a toaster, a microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided. Three cushioned bar stools with place settings surround the large kitchen island, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal together. Here you will also find the brand-new stacked washer and dryer units.

2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom, located toward the front side of the house features a king-sized bed with a tufted headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, a large dresser, 2 accent chairs, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The 1st bathroom is accessible by the 1st bedroom and the foyer features brand-new tile flooring, fixtures, stone sink countertops, chic lighting, and a full bathtub/shower. The 2nd bedroom, located toward the back side of the house off of the living room also features a queen-sized bed with a tufted headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, a large closet, a ceiling fan, 2 accent chairs, a luggage rack, a dresser, a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall and an en suite master bathroom. The en suite bathroom has brand-new tile flooring, stone sink countertops, and a glass standup shower.

Great Charleston rental!
This rental was wonderful for wandering, walking visitors like ourselves. We loved the different neighborhoods enountered in every direction. The rental is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Our only surprise was the added element of upstairs guests' arrival- we could hear conversation content, and footsteps and furniture moving were super loud (nice people, though).

Great Experience — Don’t miss out on what is nearby!
Read all the other reviews and you’ll know exactly what to expect. Parking was not a problem for us as we were the only ones there most of the nights. The spaces was clean and they provided some starter pods for us to use the dish washer and laundry machine. Coffee pot was provided and a starter of coffee grounds. The appliances were basically new and there was plenty of hot water to go around for everyone to take showers in the morning. The concierge was always accessible via text and the Oasis was close, but we didn’t go because there was so much to do. A big plus was the bagel shop, ice cream shop, and two different bus stops within a couple of blocks. The ceiling fan was extremely fast but we like that. We never really tested the WiFi, but did stream a couple of shows one night and sent a couple of emails and that went okay. Don’t sleep on heading down to Delilah’s, which is near by!!!

Great vacation!
Red Robin A was perfect for my husband, our 22 year-old daughter, and me. Plenty of room to stretch out. Everything was updated and clean. The only negative was the street noise and the noise from the renters in the suite above us. That’s clearly mentioned and was not a huge problem for us- to be expected in a home in a busier part of town. Small price to pay for a great location. Woukd recommend!

It’s a very clean place and close distance to everything you want to see. I only rated 4star due to an issue with water pressure and water heater. You have to run the shower to get warm water from the sink. The queen bedroom’s bathroom lacked water pressure to use in the sink. The street noise was loud and you can hear a lot of noise from the people upstairs.

Very nice & great location
The property was great. Very clean & totally remodeled. The location is within walking distance to everywhere, including some excellent local fare restaurants. The only issue is the parking. One strip that you have to share with the other unit. Luckily, the other tenant didn't have a vehicle while we were there. Otherwise it could have been difficult to coordinate leaving and returning. Five stars for everything else though!

Property was great.
We enjoyed the property. It was to our satisfaction. The only downside was it wasn’t very quiet. The up stairs neighbors had heavy feet and the street noise was bad during the night. However, I don’t think that’s anything the owners or duvet could do about that. That’s just the breaks when you’re staying in the city. Location was awesome. Close to most everything. Very historic. We were comfortable while staying. We enjoyed our visit to Charleston.

Property was in an amazing location and the Stay Duvet team was extremely helpful! Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. My only suggestion is to get blackout curtains for the front bedroom (street lights are very bright).

5 stars all around. Minor points that would make this 5+. Black out curtains in from bedroom to block bright street lamps. Better equipped kitchen- small assortment of pots pans etc Better cable tv instructions. Some have smart tv’s some don’t and you have to use a streaming service to get local channels etc.

beautiful condo with great spacing of two bedrooms. Easy to walk to King st, little sitting area outside very fun to have coffee or happy hour on. Problem was cleanliness on check in left much to be desired but they sent a cleaning person in next am. The sofa badly needs to be replaced- slopes back and cushions are terrible with no support. Initially the chairs were covered in hair but again they cleaned next day. Nice kitchen area, needs better cookware. The upstairs suite is extremely noisy depending on the guests.
