We had an excellent time at Folly Beach! The Tides was a perfect location, staff was excellent, very clean,& the view was amazing!! You definitely pay for the view. The rooms are clean but rather old. Much needed update

I cannot praise the staff enough. Macey, not sure on spelling, went far above and beyond to help me. I was confused on a few things. The room inspector, I never caught her name, was quick to help me with any issues i had. These two alone are enough reason to return.

My husband and I went to Blu associated with Tides. He ordered a steak medium rare which was not the case. He asked to take it back & the waitress was very surly. My salmon was good however the rice and spinach were lukewarm.

You had to walk so far to smoke there was no chairs on the balcony to sit couldnt even smoke on the balcony and they shut the beach off where u couldnt go but so far
