My friend and I stayed here for a concert. The elevator didn't work. The HVAC didn't work in our room. The bathroom outlet didn't work for us to do our hair. We had three employees in our guest room while we were trying to get ready for an event REMOVING the old hvac and installing a new one, so we couldn't even use our room. The alarm went off at 6am waking us up. I called the hotel and asked for some sort of compensation and was told the GM would call me back which never happened. I'm a Best Western Rewards Member and expected better. I don't want a free night but half off of our stay or a call back was expected. I've never had such a bad experience at a hotel.

We deserve a refund!
The elevator was not working so we a senior couple had to take the stairs back and forth, and coming an and leaving carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. It should have been listed on hotel.com website that the elevator was out of order. The desk staff at check in said the elevator was out because of construction improvements and city licensing, did not have any idea when it would be fixed. We should have had an informed choice if we wanted to pay the rate for a hotel room without a working elevator.

Last minute choice for booking. It served its purpose. However after paying for the entire stay with fees etc they also require an additional $100 hold upon arrival. Check in was a fiasco. I understand they were sold out the night before but we showed up after our scheduled check in time only to be told rooms were not clean or ready. After waiting we were brought to our room (mind you the elevator was out and we were the third floor) and we stood outside the room waiting for house keeping to finish. Once inside upon initial glance it was clean however after getting into bed that night I noticed there were holes in the sheets. Like multiple holes almost looked like a rat had chewed them. Again for one night it served its purpose. The surrounding areas are also sketchy but it still served its purpose. Probably won’t be back to this one if I had other options.

Tub wouldnt drain. CmProblem solved in less than 30 minutes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great value. Very convenient to where we needed to be.

I would stay here again. Not sure how safe the area is. We ate at the Burger King right next door. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The only downsize is the elevator was broken and the tub in our room was plugged. We needed to use a towel to keep the plug open

My stay at this Best Western was disappointing. The elevator was broken, and we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor. Upon arriving in our room, there was no shower gel or hand soap. One of the staff members was quite rude when we brought up our concerns. Additionally, there was no water fountain in the building, only a vending machine. The room phone didn’t work, and when we informed them, they admitted they already knew. Overall, not the level of service I expected🙁

This property is very very excellent. Let me explain. This was first time taking a chance to book a room at Best Western hotel and I wasn't disappointed. I took a king bed room. it was spacious, clean, and loaded with all amenities. This hotel has nothing to envie 5 stars usual suspect hotels, i.e., Sheraton, Renaissance, and so on. However, I found the reception area very disappointing, not equating the high value the rooms are providing. That's usually what differenciates glamorous hotels with 2 or 3 stars hotels. Glamorous hotels have glamorous reception or lobby area with most of the time crappie rooms. If BW were to update the lobby it will join the 5 star group if and only if it fits the line of business model.

The check in was good except for the fact that the elevator was not workig. Before I booked this hotel for 10/4 I called the hotel to check if the elevator would be working when we arrived. They said that it would be. So my 70 year old wife and I(68 years old) both with bad knees had to haul our luggage up to the 3rd floor. They also said that they had no other room available. The remodeling looks great.

The shower curtain needed to be changed. You can smell it. There was no hand soap, my room was not cleaned, I stayed 2 nights, and the bath drained painfully slow. Nothing like standing in your own dirty water taking a 5 minute shower. I will not stay here again.
