Good stay
It was a pretty good hotel for the price. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had more options than I expected. It was really hot that night and my AC work amazing. I would definitely book there again the next time I’m visiting Charlotte

Our flight got cancelled we're stuck at the airport. It got changed to the next day so we found this hotel at a great price. We made it and they were awesome. They changed our check-out time to 12 so we could get some rest. Definitely recommended.

Quick stay as it was just a layover between two flights so I didn't mind that it wasn't that great of shape. It was good for the price. Some guest ate the breakfast but it was too salty for me! Otherwise a decent stay

Air conditioning was great in the room. Staff was very nice to ME, but not to most others I spoke with. A shame. Being kind costs nothing. NO attention to cleanliness. Big wad of black hair in my shower, dirty mirror, microwave not cleaned, pool area was filthy…..two days after a barbecue….grease all over the table….same huge bugs dead on the pool deck, bottle caps in the pool, etc. There seems to be NO pride in keeping up the property…The paint on the walls is peeling off, painted over with bright white paint in spots, etc….carpets in rooms frayed, seemingly dirty, etc….One guest moved to another hotel because she was killing roaches in her room…. Overall…..The bed was really comfortable, the people I met (guests) were very sweet…Breakfast staff nice….Desk helpful to me…not so nice to others…. Look…it doesn’t cost much to clean and it costs nothing to smile…..more of the above would increase the ratings significantly….. Lastly…..the Manager was speaking with two guests on my last day there. She assured them that the hotel was up to standard. My question to her is…..WHOSE STANDARD? My choice to stay here was solely based on price point and being trapped due to weather. My advice….Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere that actually cares about the guest experience….

Great staff and customer service. Super prompt shuttle service from the airport. Very basic rooms with sloppy aesthetics, scratched doors, and walls missing paint. Overall very good value since it was safe and clean.

I needed a room last minute so it served its purpose but the room was so outdated. The toilet was clogged. I would not stay there or suggest to anyone unless they were in a serious crunch.

My two day stay was uneventful and that's the way i like it. I had my semi truck parked on their lot, which was very lit up and safe. Overall a great stay with great hospitality and comfort.

Horrible experience chevking in, room key didn't work and after returning four times to the front the receptionist finally decided to change my room. Had to pay an unexpected $100 deposit fir the room which will not be returned to me until after 10 business days (that's unsatisfactory).
