I really enjoyed my stay there for what it was. Visiting friends and needed a place to come back to. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was avail upon request. Breakfast was simple and could have used a little variety but, for what it was, filling and simple. Overall a good stay. My only mild concern is that it would take very little to address minor cosmetic damage. Light shades, fixtures. adress elevator etc... Kudos to housekeeping for asking and friendliness.

This property wasn’t dirty, but it was Stale. It seemed as if the previous tenants of the room smoked repeatedly. In this age of non-smoking rooms, it was disappointing. I am particularly sensitive to cigarette fumes and spent a difficult night.

Needed the hotel due to our power being out from the hurricane. I checked the reviews and the reviews seemed like it would be a suitable hotel. The check in was very slow, the front desk clerk acted as if he didn't see me standing in line behind the people in front of me. He checked them in and continued doing other tasks, he didn't say anything to me until I stepped up to the counter and he acted surprised to see me. I checked in my room and from first glance the room was nice, upon further inspection I saw a dead bug in the bathroom and then later saw a roach on the wall. The dead bug in the bathroom was indeed a roach as well. Contacted the front office and they couldn't accommodate us with another room because they said they were completely booked for the night. I requested a refund and the guy at the desk said I would have to wait for the manager in the morning to get my money back. Based on my experience with I would not stay here again.
