Our comforter was dirty upon arrival. They only had one staff available so we had to go downstairs to get anything we needed. The beds were comfy, quiet area & nearby shopping.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. It had a stale odor and the air conditioning was not working well at all. It was humid and warm in the room at all times, no matter what temp.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for great sleep. It was also located in a quiet safe location & easy access to get to multiple food and shopping locations quickly. We stayed for a week. The cleanliness wasn’t amazing, but not horrible, it was average - good for the price. Breakfast was same, average - but good for the price. The gym was very small and not super clean. The pool was not swimable while we were there, but we had alternate options for entertainment so it didn’t effect us much. Had we been planning on swimming there, it wouldn’t have worked out for us on our week long stay. Overall for the price, we had great accommodations here.

Pro- met our needs at a late hour to get reservation. Con- Why install such a heavy duvet or quilt on 2 beds in hot summer time? Hassle to remove plus get room cooled enough to sleep in.

Hotel was filthy. Rooms lobby elevator I could go on. THE BREAKFAST IS TERRIBLE AND SERVICE AT BREAKFAST POOR! No idea how they have such high reviews. Must be fake!
