Staff was good but rooms not so much!
The staff was great for the most part but the room was a mess. When we arrived to our room it was all disheveled. The dresser and night stands were not in the proper places and moved aways from walls. Then the bathroom/shower handle broke off after 1 use so we weren't able to shower again. Reported to the manager on duty and he refunded our extra check out our fees. And provided a ride to airport after we were told we weren't going to be able to be taken THIS PLACE NEED SOME REPAIRS DONE TO IT!!

While I enjoyed the staff at the front desk everything else wasn't as great. The hallways had smoke in them from people smoking in their rooms, the staff told everyone checking in NO smoking in rooms only outside. I can see that is a huge problem at this location. The bath rooms also still had hair in the bathtub, toilet, and floor.

This hotel advertised 24/7 shuttle. I was denied shuttle from the airport to hotel and told to take a taxi to hotel because shuttles don’t start till 2:45-3pm. (according to the manager of the hotel). I had to take a Lyft. I called ahead to see if my room was ready. He stated “yes” once I arrived less than an hour later, I was told my room was not ready and had to wait nearly 45mins. The customer service was terrible. However, there was one older gentleman who took me to the airport the next morning who was extremely nice. He actually apologized on behalf of the managers treatment towards me. I booked this hotel for the price, location, and shuttle. I HIGHLY suggest you book at a hotel who does not offer false advertising and terrible customer service.

Staff where nice. Shuttle service was great, on time and accommodating . Breakfast hours not available until 7:00 AM - One of the reasons I picked this accomodations. Some type of voucher or reduction for not being able to utilize breakfast.

When we got to our room it was cold. Not unusual except that it stayed cold. We turned the thermostat way up but it didn’t change. Finally we decided we shouldn’t have to put up with it. We went to the front desk and they changed our room. It took awhile to warm up but it got there. In order to turn on the shower I had to stand in it and was immediately blasted with icy water. The handle had to be turned to the left for warm water.

Loud club music until 2am
Loud bass music until 2am from a neighboring business. You could drown out the sound with some ambient sounds from a phone but you could still feel the bass in your chest. Room fan in the heater/air conditioner didn’t work. So it could help to drown out the music. Carpet and bed spread were dirty and damaged. Shower was barely warm.

The room smelled like “DOG”. I had “NO TISSUE” when I checked the bathroom. I also killed “3 ROACHES” in the middle of the night. When I informed front desk she didn’t seem surprised. I will NEVER EVER STAY there AGAIN!!!!

Quite peaceful and in the cut ..room was amazing clean and ready .. the receptionist was very nice . Breakfast wasnt the best the first day (uncooked sausage) but it made up the next day .. I enjoy the time spent will visit again if ever in Charlotte nc again

There was trash pilled outside the trash can, the room had air bubbles on wall paint, outlets were popped out the room, shower leaked and bed sheets abd spreads were stained and dirty. hall floor was dirty, dingy and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway.
