From the time you walk in until you check out. Everything was clean, the entrance was charming, inviting and smelled amazing. The room was clean and the bathroom amenities where top notch. This will be my go to hotel in north Charlotte.

Just an average Holiday Inn
OK hotel I guess. Nothing special, located in a soulless business park. We stayed two nights around Thanksgiving and were keep up both nights by raucous noisy guests in the hallways and adjacent rooms. I suppose it’s not the hotels responsibility to quiet them down, but the paper thin walls didn’t help much. Also, the bar and restaurant were closed both nights (again, probably holiday related)
