Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. We had to ask 3 times for housekeeping and were told the room will be cleaned, but it wasn’t cleaned. When housekeeping showed up, she only changed the bed sheets and nothing else. We had to hand her the used towels and ask her to remove the trash bags. We had to ask for new towels and her response was, there’s no more new towels. There was also constant smell of marijuana permeating throughout the hotel. We ran out of the shower gel, and of course, housekeeping didn’t even know to replenish because they weren’t cleaning our room. Breakfast food wasn’t really great. The fruits always look old and the scrambled eggs had a plastic look. Yogurt is put in a bowl that is open to everyone walking and talking around it. Elevator buttons won’t light up, but they do work. We will never ever stay at this hotel again. We have traveled a lot, and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Hotel room was very clean. Bed quite comfortable. No microwave in the room and bathroom was really small. Free breakfast adequate. Will stay here again.

This stay was an overnight in prep for an early flight. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable & roomy. The staff at checkin & checkout were very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

The place stinks like marijuana and like mold. A lot of stains everywhere. Couldn't sleep on my second last night because of the smells and just unpleasant environment. and checked out at 3 AM and went back to airport early.

Could have been better.
It was a nice room but there was no hot water. I let the shower run for about 10 minutes then took a 10 minute shower and the water was tolerable at best by the time I got out. There was also short curly hair on the shampoo in the shower. I am going to assume it was a beard hair because the alternative is disgusting. Overall it was decent but definitely could have been better.
