Bathroom toilet flapper was set so the toilet ran I fixed it. No hot water in bathroom. Shower was old dirty. Bedroom air conditioner was poor. Carpet was damp.faint smell of cigarette smoke The coffee maker had a used coffee pack still left from the last customer. I would recommend looking at a different hotel

An older facility however very clean and comfortable. Arrived very late after a long day of travel and were quite satisfied with the accommodations. If we had any criticism at all the a/c was quite noisy. Thankful we were able to shut it off as it wasn’t that warm that day.

Mostly went well. The bathroom light was super weak so it was hard to see in there. The air conditioner was leaking pretty bad. Carpet was saturated by the window when we got in there. Reported both. Nothing was addressed. Otherwise a pretty good stay. May have just been something up with that room.

They could consider extending dining hours when it's a long weekend. As it is a few clients presented about 20 minutes before the slated end of breakfast time. They were out of a few items and the staff refused to make more to accommodate the guests.....not cool at all. Thank goodness other restaurants outside the hotel were open.

I enjoyed liked how quiet the area was and flexibility in checking in and out. Had to go back for second code for wifi but wasn’t a big deal. Wish they would have told us the a/c had leaked on the carpet but nota big deal as no one was over in that area of the room. The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with so that was a big plus.

Registration was early and was able to get a room. The room was over a part of the hotel that had an event that night and Singing was Very loud when I arrived in the evening, even with the windows closed and a/c noise on. This is a very dated, BUT CLEAN hotel.

I recently stayed at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The hotel was far below expectations, especially considering the nearly $600 I paid for two nights. First, the cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom was extremely dirty, which was both unappealing and unacceptable. The room itself was not much better. Additionally, the refrigerator and air conditioner were incredibly noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, there was a disruptive noise coming from the basement at 5 am. I initially thought it was the washer, but I was told it was the air conditioning from another unit. This disturbance woke up my entire family, compounding our frustration. Overall, this place felt more like a cheap motel than a hotel. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Check-in was ridiculously slow. We waited 10 minutes and then our key didn’t work. I don't normally do reviews but our air conditioner was probably the loudest i have ever experienced to the point that it actually woke me up multiple times during the night. if it wasn't for how overpriced it was, I wouldn't have reviewed it at all but this place isn't worth it! Stay anywhere else
