Outrageously loud
Impossible to sleep as they put me in a room next to the restaurant. There were several car alarms, slamming doors, and people having full volume conversations outside my door. I requested a room change and they allowed me to move to another room around 1 am. Still loud, people talking outside talking incredibly loud. Went to take an exam at 7 am with no sleep at all. I requested and got a late check out. Tried take a nap after my exam, only to have multiple staff members knock on my door multiple times to ask why I hadn’t checked out. One of them confirmed I had a late check out, the next one simply wrote it down and left. By this point I realized it was impossible to rest in that place, got my things and left before my checkout time.

We had a great stay. Room was spotless, staff was friendly, the attached cafe was phenominal! They even had a gazebo in the pool area. This will be our go to spot in Chattanooga!

The shower was amazing, the room was very musty and old smelling. Traffic was loud. Worst part was we chose the hotel because it was supposed to have complimentary breakfast according to your web. And then there was none!!

Ok for the location.
Room was clean, but there was no cold water in the tub. The room lacked enough outlets to plug thing in, like cellphone chargers and a need medical device. Quite hotel, good location. They need to do a better job with pool maintenance and get replacement ice maker.

The hotel itself was not in a bad location and the cafe connected was good. The condition of the rooms was below average and the pool was horrible! I couldn’t Believe they had it open!

Okay for a night or two.
Clean room with comfy bed. Pillows are lacking! Desperately needs replacement of curtains and carpet. The stale smoke odor was overwhelming upon entry into room! Carpet and curtain replacement will help. Quiet for the most part. Just needs TLC. Not worth the money. Way overpriced for such an old and tired place. If you only need to sleep and don’t mind the smell, like I said, the beds are comfortable.

It might have felt clean if it had smelled clean. The baseboards were filthy. The two chairs were super stained. I chose the bed with the clean comforter but the sheets were yellowish and dingy looking. They didn't smell bleach clean. The mattress was worn out and lumpy and the AC sounded like a jet engine taking off when it was set on low. Not much sleep.

over 15 minutes for the hot tub to fill half way and the water was ice cold. I paid extra for something I couldn't use. They couldn't even switch me to the other room with a hot tub.

Book somewhere else
First of all, I didn't realize that the Best Western was motel style or we wouldn't have booked there. Upon entering the room, it was very dated and dirty. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, ants, and the refrigerator would not cool. The beds were super hard. Couldn't get out of there quickly enough.

This is an older property being maintained in average manner. It is clean, but our room needed some very easy and basic maintenance. But apparently even the housekeeping staff weren't able to get fixed, although they certainly knew about it.
