It was very nice

I'm unable to completely answer the survey, because due to no fault of the staff at the hotel there was a major power outage in the area from Ice storm. However I'm just going to give a shout out to the staff, under this very devastating and difficult condition and they were clearly stressed to their maximum, they maintained a positive attitude and use the system to make sure that customers were treated fairly. When we were cold at night, they walked up five flights of stairs to bring us extra blankets. Well it was hard to see completely, we were able to see that the hotel was very clean and we were very happy to have a safe place to stay during this epic ice storm in Northern michigan.

The location is excellent with easy parking. Even when it snows the plow goes around often to keep the parking lot clear. The hotel offers a heated pool, hot tub, and large sauna! The rooms are large, clean, and have everything to make the trip simple and enjoyable. Highly recommended to others.

This property has everything gas grills barbecue grills would already chopped up for bonfires at night it's on a grassy Hill it has swings it has picnic tables front and back it's just like you know really in a country setting not just the hotel it is very different very enjoyable great for families
