Had to book an extra night due to canceled flight and this was closer to the airport. Only complaint would be that it is right next to a train track and the trains are very noisy.

The hotel and our room was clean. Our toilet didn’t flush constantly. If you are looking for a quiet, I would suggest requesting that room because you can hear the train coming and going.The electricity went out at the hotel, which of course was not the hotels fault but we had to walk up six flight of stairs. There was a receptionist at the desk. She was very nice and helpful (Pink Hair)

This hotel is in a really bad area and basically on top of the outdoor train station. You will hear honking train noises all through the night and all day while trying to work. I can not stress enough you will hear trains going by every hour sometimes two or three times on the hour. Plus the walls are paper thin. The guy sneezed next door to me and I said bless you and he said thank you. The room smelled moldy and it was my NIGHTMARE HOTEL. Airport Shuttle rarely works. Only positive is they have a good business area in the lobby where you can print for free. But overall I say RUN!!!!

I was just not sure about this neighborhood, it may be safe or not. I do not know. It was the cheapest hotel I could secure close to Logan airport. Nothing bad happened to me so I just relate the feeling that I was not sure how feel. Just not familiar. On another hand a restaurant/bar close to the hotel was top of the line and I was so happy to find this place as the hotel was lonely and without any dining facilities.

Overnight stay
The room was clean and the bed was comfy. My only complaints were that only a few TV channels came in, there weren't any coffee stirrers for the coffee supplies in the room and the room didn't have a nice view from the window. However, everyone from the staff was very friendly.

Gave 2 stars due to noise levels. If you’re looking for a quite-ish hotel, this won’t do. The room was not well sound insulated. We could hear conversations in the next room as though in our own room. Staff tried to rectify (came up to listen and inspect - offered to move us to another room). While the other room was measurably better, the difference was not enough to warrant moving. Manager Simone and maintenance person Cesar were great and took our complaint seriously. Also, should have checked re parking - it was extra.

Updated but Needs Bathroom Deep Clean
The bathroom was updated, but the caulk around the bottom edge of the shower base needed a major cleaning. There were also a few broken things in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough for the little time spent there. The hotel shuttle does not start till 5am so if you have an early flight, please plan accordingly.

Not happy and TIRED
The housekeepers knocked on my door every 30 min starting at 8am until 11am, even after calling and asking them to stop. The sign was on the door and at one point they even entered the room and turned the lights on. This was at 8:30 am, mind you, check out is at noon. Not happy after a 3am run to Logan. I was told they were gonna put 20000 points in my account. These I have not seen. They should just comp the room!! Not happy
