Rude staff gave me the wrong room and didn't care
My partner and I went on a romantic vacation getaway in Thailand and we spent 3 of the days in Chiang Mai. We booked this hotel and specifically booked for a room with one bed. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 single beds. We went back downstairs to the front desk to ask for the correct room that we had booked, but the staff was very rude and refused to change our room, and told us to go to sleep and ask again in the morning. So we did that, and again in the morning they refused to give us the correct room that we had booked and paid for. I had to waste 2 hours of vacation time to contact hotels.com to cancel this booking. Fortunately, the customer service agent was very nice and put us in a new hotel with a king bed for the rest of the days we spent in Chiang Mai.
It was a nice clean hotel. The beds were quite hard, and I think they are renovating the pool so that was closed. It is an easy location to get to and from the airport and to the old city.
The loby of the hotel is nice but when you go up by the elevator to the room it looks so ugly and neglected. the room is not maintained, everything is old and not working. The worst thing is that there is bedbugs in the room. I definitley not recomend this place and I will never book this hotel again!!!

I am wondering that can i ark for a receipt from the hotel? and i can not ask for the portfolio from the hotel which i have to report the document to my office work to confirm.
This hotel had a dirty room with mold on walls in the bathroom. The room was so strong with deodorizer that it makes you sick. We had to leave and they would not refund our money through Expedia.
Weird. This Hotel needs a proper Management. Rooms are ok for the price paid. But service was just weird. First day they forgot (?) to clean my room. Next morning they bumped my door before 8 am. One day they took away 2nd towel.
Room was clean and most things were working. Bathoom in good condition. I had a Balcony which was dirty and never taken care of.
