My stay here was a nightmare! The toilet made noises all night long, the first morning it overflowed! The carpet got soaked and I requested to be moved. I was told they were at full capacity, so my entire stay I had to deal with a soaked carpet and smelly room.

We checked in after 5pm, whoever( didn't get their names) checked us in was not so welcoming at all, first he has a stern face, we're supposed to get 2 bottles of water didn't give it us, the following night it was him again, we asked for water and said 3.99 didn't even explain to us that we are only allowed 2 bottles of water once during our 2 days stay. The second night I asked for refill of the hair conditioner, no one came, good thing I always bring my own just in case.

Very disappointing use to Love this hotel
There was a used bar soap on bathroom, toilet seat was loose. No tissue box in tissue box just open tissue.They gave someone else a key to our room and walked in on my husband luckily he was in there but what if he wasn’t someone could have stolen our stuff. How do you give someone the same room key that is being used extremely upset.
