The check in time took too long because Jessica was working alone. Jessica did great and apologized numerous times for the delay and her service was very good but overall, she should have been working alone.

Customer Service was great. Hotel was obvious old and could use a little love. Cleanliness was not great. Small splatters on wall next to sink, brown smudge on wall next to toilet, gross smudge comforter, like someone wiped makeup.

Nice hotel friendly enough staff, ju st house keeping needs to pay a little more attention to towels. Found dried poop on hand towel folded like it was clean. Not a little someone clearly wiped and house keeping left it.

Great property, don't go for the hot tub!
Great, however the hot tub wasn't ever hot. When asked if they could turn it up a little they said policy was 99° (warm bath) and that not.that they couldn't but wouldn't.

Bring $24.00 per night to park in the hotel lot.
The hotel was for the most part comfortable. It was a bit noisy for my senses though. I had a 5th floor room and there was a constant hum from machinery operating within the hotel. Also there was "Parking Available" so bring $24.00 per night to pay per night in the giant outdoor parking lot. Hotels.com should say that there is a per night charge for parking especially if the hotel is in an area where parking elsewhere is a problem.
