Upon first look lobby and surrounding areas dirty. Once we got to room that was clean and comfortable. Pool was fine except for the used bandaid on floor, that was gross. Maybe have whomever cleaning the rooms care after these areas as well. There is one elevator and it’s small so you maybe waiting awhile. Breakfast was chaotic, the set up is very confined. Items like sausage, potatoes eggs were overcooked. The pancake machine broke just prior to me using it. I tried to tell the attendant and she just kept kept saying in a very loud voice “it’s broke it’s broke, no more”. I then tried getting a bagel and the toaster slot too small for it to fit. So basically stick with cereal or yogurt. The location was good, close to a mall and Portillos. However, I feel for what I paid this hotel could have been much better.

Very happy w/ our 2 night stay
Stayed for 2 nights with family. Have stayed at this hotel before, so kinda knew what to expect. Very pleased; rooms were extremely clean, beds very comfortable. Pool was basic, but the kids were happy with it. Not able to partake in the breakfast. But very happy with our stay
