Property is very clean,very quite and convenient.parking is roomy always had a spot,and there is one of the biggest tesla and EV charging stations i have ever seen

Attention to detail & better communication.
Room was not fully vaccummed, when I moved a table or ottoman there was dirt & crumbs on the carpet. Bathroom had stains on the walls that I was able to wipe off with a moist paper towel. Coat rack had an abundance of dirt & clumps of dust on top. When i requested the room to be cleaned when i step out, no one came. Had to make multiple requests & when someone finally came late in the afternoon they refused to come in the room because i mentioned I had a cough (only as a warning for the cleaning service to use extra precaution when cleaning) I was given towels & sheets at the door tho. Maybe an explanation to why the room couldn't of had been cleaned would help ease frustration during the stay, or a break down on cleaning policy if someone reports being sick (but i dont see a difference in precautions while cleaning rooms from guest to guest) Beds were clean & the visible areas were wiped down. Couldve been better.

Well I was coming out of town to be with my family for the new year and I arrived early and was trying to pay for an extra night and the guy at the counter was very rude and not welcoming and I didn’t even want to stay anymore. I was very tried from driving and just needed to lay down I ended up getting another room from a different hotel. He was very rude

Two night stay to avoid storms in STL. Hotel was clean and quiet. Close to O’Hare and plenty of food options to walk or drive to. Target nearby as well for last minute trip essentials. Best sleep I have had in a long time. Liquid hand soap (I hate those little bars!) Would definitely stay again if traveling out of O’Hare.

Horrible customer service at check in. Unforeseen circumstances arose on my family trip and I had to travel one day later than planned. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation. I authorized my wife to check in using the same card that was on file. The room was prepaid. I also asked a few questions about the shuttle etc. I never got a response from them. When my wife and kids showed up at 2 am they were told they could not check in to the hotel despite a matching card, same last name, a reservation number, a confirmation email and written authorization from me. And there isnt a shuttle.
