Nice view and out of downtown

Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. There was a little detail with the heat and the maintenance personnel showed up in seconds to fix it. The service was excellent, next morning the coffee shop has professional barista that really knows the trade. I will stay there again

Friendly staff. Great area of the city! Great view. Room phone did not work. More blankets please. It’s winter in Chicago. Why was I charged a $50 tax after I already paid hotels.com??

We asked for sheets for sofa sleeper and they never arrived. Bathroom doors in our suite both at an angle sand someone walking by could look in. One fell off its tracks.

Room heating system was noisy. kept going on and off during the night in general the hotel looks pretty shabby could use some replacement carpets, etc. I guess that’s why it’s relatively inexpensive because it’s in mediocre shape. And the idea of a resort fee is comical There’s nothing resort like at all that property.
