Simply awesome. Whenever I return to Chicago, I’ll be staying here. Fast internet, good breakfast, a gym, you can have a peloton brought to your room also ?! I really liked this place. Bed was also quite comfortable!

staff is friendly, close to hospitals and restaurants. extremely quiet and clean. love the high ceilings in the rooms and the building itself is beautiful. breakfast time is not long enough, very limited but, it is a nice buffet. the in house restaurant is very limited on its menu also.

It was an amazing experience at Hyatt. We were there for 4 nights and I have to say, they provided a good service. Some pro and cons- Pro: breakfast included, location wise it’s best for access to transit, clean and helping staffs Cons: room service did not leave garbage linning in bins, bed and pillows were not comfortable and did cause little back ache through out. (This could be better). There is $30 parking fee per night (this can be reduced / included in room charges itself )
