When I arrived my check in went well. When I left around 5 am on December 23rd the front desk person would not look at me when I attempted to speak to him about checkout. He completely ignored him. I said excuse me 3 times and he continued to count cash from the register. I made arrangements for a shuttle ride to the airport and they did not take my bags. They offered that service to the two other people in the van. I unfortunately did not get asked or know about it until I saw the other people with no bags. It would have been nice since I had two heavy carry on bags.

The heat in the room would not turn down and it was 78* all night despite the thermostat being set as low as it would go. No windows to open, so I just slept on top of the sheets. Woke up after a terrible couple hours of sleep as dry as SpongeBob in that one episode.

It was an amazing experience. Unfortunately, i was not expecting to get charge for parking nor was i made aware that we were going to get charge for it. Second, all of the hallways and the pool area were super cold. You need to fix that heater

When we entered the room it smelled bad. There was no shower gel when we entered the shower, and there wasn’t a microwave. Also, every time we shifted slightly, the other person would wake up because there was a lot of noise from the comforter.
