After many hours of driving we came into the lobby where the 2 young women were behind the counter on their phones. They barely acknowledged us. They were not forthcoming with too much information. I had to ask the questions. Also there are no microwaves in the rooms and there weren’t enough towels for a multi night stay. I wouldn’t return to this property.

The bedding was not clean, had small blood drop stains. The front desk ladies were not warm and helpful. They had a little stare down to see who was going to be bothered to check is in. We also ran into this situation when we had a few questions the next day. The location was great and having plenty of parking was a plus.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Atmosphere was cozy.Front desk staff was not very friendly when i checked in. Both ladies (one older one younger) gave me a very cold look. No warmth AT ALL, not even a friendly welcome smile. :/ check in was seamless though.Housekeeping staff was very welcoming & professional. I would give this hotel 5 stars if they had customer service professionals at the reception desk.
