Nice room, kind of small bathroom, but it’s an old building. Everything was good until last night when the neighbor was talking very loud around 9-10pm and then again around 3-6am. Walls are pretty thin. The Potters house was under construction so not many food options. Millers Pub next door is awesome though!! And not as pricey as Longwood for dinner. Overall nice stay

Historic Chicago elegance

This is a historic old hotel, well maintained, beautiful, and elegant. The room is small and there is no view, but it’s clean and cozy with art deco decor, and the bed was very comfortable.It has modern conveniences like a tablet in the room for visitor information. The staff is very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was great! We had one plan a day for our 4 day stay and we walked to all of our dates! The Walnut Room Day -Lunch and shopping, The Art Museum Day - Explore and Learn. The Candlelight Concert and Grand Dinner Day. The Millenium Park Day - Brunch and Park Day! We walked to all of these and everything was so close. The lobby is a great place to hangout and meet new friends, grab a bite to eat and drink. The vibe in the hotel is just so good that I will never forget this wonderful trip.
