I wanted to visit Chicago, Illinois with my family and booked a reservation at this hotel that was not too far from that city. It was an excellent experience, clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, free breakfast, free parking and beautiful location. I will save thks hotel as favorite and will definitely use them again every time I visit Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel!

This place is a great place to stay, especially if you’re visiting for vacation. Rooms are not that expensive and they are quite nice and comfortable. Breakfast is really good and the staff gave great service. I greatly enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely be back next time I visit in Chicago.

It’s was clean and staff was great. The rooms are dated and the beds are terrible, need replacing. I stayed several days and couldn’t get much rest due to the beds being uncomfortable.

Rooms are quite outdated. Room door did not go to the floor so having that gap was loud and odd. Should tell you in advance you have to put a parking slip in your vehicle rather than making another trip out to vehicle. Smoking area should be further from front door

Don’t believe the rating!
The room was dated, and extremely cramped. I asked for a room less cramped and they said, “all the rooms are the same.” There was no electrical outlet on my side of the bed. They used motion sensor in the bathroom and entry to turn the light on. No way to override it. Get ready for a bright light in the middle of the night when you go to the bathroom. They only clean the room every 3 days, but you probably have to request it.
