I was please with the property bed was great staff had a welcoming attitude and happy to see you they were most helpful I will be returning back I recommended this place that is on 5 highways willow is the stop if your traveling from Cali to Oregon.

We found bugs in the room. Some on the floor, under the teable and one on the bed. The staff help us to change the room. However, it was a uncomfortable situation when is late and you are so tire.

It was clean, rooms are in need of some tlc but fine. Free breakfast was a little sad, but didn’t really expect much anyway. Was just an overnight for a concert and it suited our needs

The stay was fine. There were a few items wrong. Like the floor was not swept. The toilet seat was loose. And the tubs could use some cleanser. I told manager she said it was for the renovation and it was old but I could of use a towel and clean some off.

room was clean and spacious. the exercise room equipment need repair. it is a safety issue you need to address. either fix them or close it. the pool needs upgrading.

The nightly stay rate was a little pricey for the amenities but there's not too many options in Willows. The AC unit in our bathroom didn't work and I did wish the pool room had a bit more circulation, it seemed like the pool was not maintained well and didn't look inviting. The furniture in the room was nice and up to date. The queen beds are comfortable with fresh sheets and nice pillows.

Very spacious room. Needs more light in the corner by the microwave. The chair was not very comfortable. Mattress was very firm. The bathtub was kund of dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom.

They have a guest laundry room and the sign says open from 5 am to 10 pm. At 11 pm I heard a loud noise coming out from the laundry room and some one was using the dryer to dry something making a loud noises. Our room was across from the laundry room and I couldn’t sleep.

Super clean and nice rooms. The staff was super nice and helpful. Only complaint was the fans in the bathroom were weak in one of our room and the other it didn’t work.
