The rooms are so beautiful, clean and tidy. I had a great experience with them. Everything was provided, and the staff and their service was exceptional. I’d definitely recommend them and would love to book with them again in the future!

fridge was not working and they replaced it promptly. breakfast was very good with waffles eggs sausage hash browns and many other options. definitely recommend and would stay there again

Had booked a room several week's before our stay, and requested a crib for our room. Upon arrival, there was no crib and staff informed us "the loaned them all out" Generally this wouldn't bother me in the slightest, but I received a personal message from the hotel when I first booked it assuring us there would be a crib in the room when we got there. If you're not planning on delivering don't send out a messge with a broken promise.

The hotel was fine and the clerk at check in was very nice. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The various items were poorly stocked. The main items (eggs, hash browns and sausage) were completely empty when we arrived and the lady in charge of the kitchen said that they were in the oven. After about a 10 minute wait she started restocking these but didn't seem to have a good system to keep up with the number of people. They did not have boiled eggs (apparently they had them the day before) and they were out of peanut butter and cream cheese packets (essentially all sources of protein that we wanted for breakfast). The lady who was in charge of the kitchen was telling someone that they were changing food supply vendors due to the USA tariffs and that is why they were running out of different items. When someone asked her for syrup, she brought him a bottle but told him that was their last bottle (he promised to use it sparingly). Having stayed in other hotels that do not have this problem, this seems a bit ridiculous. As a guest in the hotel, I expect them to figure out their system and not have excuses for poor service. There is a grocery store across the street where they could easily buy things in an emergency (e.g. a bottle of syrup) instead of making customers wait around or not offer various items altogether. I am forced to take one star away, due to the breakfast situation.
